AIO Investments UK LLP, founded in 2014, is a holding company with international investments which carries assets mainly as property in their balance sheets. The companies founded by AIO Investments UK LLP are the AIO TR Gayrimenkul Yatirimlari AS in Istanbul and the B’Ing International Real Estate LLC in New York.
Our focus is on high-quality assets in countries with strong prospects for long-term growth in value. Our teams in Istanbul and New York of creative professionals carefully evaluate each project in order to adhere to both financial and time constraints.
565 Broome Soho is a condominium tower in New York designed by Italian architect Renzo Piano. The project, which was first announced in 2016, is now under construction and is expected to open its doors to new occupants in 2018. Located in Soho, at the heart of Manhattan, the 30-storey scheme seeks to draw from the neighbourhood's architectural character with lofted apartments that offer the high-end finishes of the city’s luxury residential developments.

The LLP has two members, the AIO Administration UK Limited with company number 10687726 and the AIO Directors UK Limited with company number 10687739. Both member companies are located at 40 Shakespeare Avenue, Bath, BA2 4RF.
AIO Investments UK LLP is the founder and sole owner of the shares of the Turkish company AIO TR Gayrimenkul Yatirimlari AS in Istanbul, and the LLP is founder and sole owner of the shares of the US company B’Ing International Real Estate LLC in New York. Both investments carry mainly property in its assets (for description please see above sections).
